Singapore and Port Moresby, June 13, 2016: InterOil Corporation (NYSE: IOC; POMSoX: IOC) has scheduled a Special Meeting to be held on July 28, 2016 for holders of common shares, options and restricted share units (collectively, “Securityholders”) to consider the previously announced Oil Search transaction.
