ASX ANNOUNCEMENT (ASX: KPL) 25 May 2016
Kina Petroleum Limited (“KPL”) advises that at the company’s 2016 Annual General Meeting (to be held on 30th May 2016 in Port Moresby (the “AGM”)) the Board of KPL intends to propose that the AGM be adjourned and the proposed business of the AGM be considered at a later date, on or before 31 December 2016.
